Program team

Louisiana TIMED Managers (LTM) and the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) are teamed to accelerate the completion of the TIMED Program. LTM is a joint venture between Parsons Brinckerhoff of New York, New York, the LPA Group of Columbia, South Carolina and GEC of Baton Rouge.

LTM is based in Baton Rouge and has project field offices in Ruston, Oberlin, Winnfield and New Orleans and public information offices in Baton Rouge, New Roads and Jefferson.

LTM is excited to be a part of the TIMED Program and helping to build Louisiana for the future!
