A main Public Outreach Office has been established to disseminate information about the TIMED Program to the public, media and government officials. The public outreach plan has been designed to ensure Louisiana residents understand the TIMED Program and how it benefits them. The plan includes the following elements:

• Toll-Free information hot line: 1-866-TIMED LA
• Pre-construction public open houses
• Displays around the state and at major events
